I’m an Orlando-based therapist who helps adults with relational trauma experience safety, connection and healing through one-to-three-day EMDR intensives. You deserve the time & care it takes to heal. The more clients I treat, the more convinced I am of the goodness of our bodies in how they work to protect us. Things you may have labelled as the “problem”—depression, anger, panic attacks, addictive patterns, lack of motivation, helplessness, and shut-down—are actually your body’s strategies for keeping you safe.
