Our Mission
DV.Support is built to help survivors find support more quickly and with more confidence. Our mission is to keep access simple, safe, and survivor-centered — with resources organized clearly, presented safely, and free to use.
We are an independent platform. We are not a registered charity, not a nonprofit, and not a government body. We are a regular business that has chosen to build and maintain a free survivor-support platform because we believe this work matters.
How Contributions Are Used
Contributions from supporters help fund the work required to keep DV.Support running and improving. This includes:

- →Engineering and ongoing maintenance
- →Safety and privacy features
- →Content and legal resource updates
- →Directory expansion and verification
- →Outreach and awareness
We do not publish specific financial statements at this time. This page will be updated as our transparency practices evolve.
Privacy Statement for Supporters
- We collect only the information required to process contributions and communicate with supporters.
- Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card information on our servers.
- We do not sell donor or supporter information to third parties.
- We may store donor contact information and contribution records for accounting, support, and compliance purposes.
- Supporters can request communication preferences or opt out of future supporter emails by contacting us.
- If you selected "Keep my support private," your name will not be used in any public acknowledgement.
What Contributions Are Not
- ✕Not tax-deductible charitable donations
- ✕Not payments for legal advice or emergency services
- ✕Not a substitute for immediate crisis help — if you are in danger, call 911
DV.Support is an independent survivor-support platform operated as a regular business. Contributions help us maintain and expand survivor resources. Contributions are voluntary and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
