Hi, I’m Kally. I specialize in supporting young adult women navigating complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, & painful relationship wounds. You may find yourself feeling stuck in emotional cycles, overwhelmed by your nervous system’s responses, struggling to regulate your emotions, or carrying shame and confusion from your past. These experiences often trace back to unresolved attachment wounds from early caregiver relationships or relational trauma in adulthood. Through a warm, relational, and somatic approach, I help you gently explore your inner world and build safety, confidence, and deeper connection—with yourself and with others.
