Dr. Janice Clarkson, EdD, LCMHC, specializes in relationship issues, including addiction, codependency, domestic abuse, and issues stemming from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I create an environment in therapy that makes it easy to explore the issues a person wants to talk about. I believe humor, playfulness, and understanding are key ingredients to helping a person heal and feel better. I am not a therapist who sits quietly and nods my head. I believe in getting into the work with a client and am involved and engaged throughout the process.
