I view counseling from a systemic, integrative lens. I integrate the psychophysiology of trauma and attachment-based approaches using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as somatic body experiences, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman, EFT, and Mindful-based therapies. My expertise is in interpersonal relationships, trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.
