About:

I believe in hard work, thorough investigation, meticulous preparation, and honesty. Every legal matter—whether in family law, criminal defense, or civil litigation—deserves strategic focus and unwavering advocacy. I founded Bogle Law to provide clients with skilled representation when they need it most. As managing attorney, I guide my team strategically and legally. Each team member was hand-selected for their dedication and competence. I personally assign a lead attorney to every new case and collaborate with them on unique aspects to ensure a strong legal approach. Preparation and strategy are the cornerstones of our practice. We prioritize building strong attorney-client relationships, understanding the facts, and tailoring legal strategies to fit each client’s needs. Every case is unique, and our commitment to individualized solutions remains constant. My legal foundation began at Stetson University College of Law in 1998, where I trained extensively in trial advocacy as part of Stetson’s nationally recognized program. After graduating, I served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 6th Judicial Circuit from 2001 to 2007, gaining hands-on experience in real-world prosecution and courtroom strategy. I later joined a top Tampa firm, handling family law, criminal, and civil cases before opening my own practice in Charlotte County in 2007. Bogle Law has since grown into a thriving firm with four seasoned attorneys and a dedicated team. In 2023, I furthered my skills through a national CLE training hosted by the Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming, sharpening my advocacy and trial techniques alongside some of the country’s top attorneys. Outside the courtroom, I ride and train American Quarter Horses. Working with horses has deepened my understanding of communication, patience, and problem-solving—skills that serve me well in the practice of law. View More ›
