"Tanya was patient, and did her research. Having someone that is steady throughout the process is a big help. She genuinely seems like she wants to help. She would sometimes read prior documentation I had sent aloud in front of me. It seems small, but it let me know that she was taking the time to listen and read over important background information. I could take hard news and go with her direction more easily because I knew she had heard me out. Shannon is responsive and prompt. Shannon and Tanya would sometimes respond with a phone call, which added a nice personal touch."
