Scott Grabel is an experienced trial attorney with a strong history of positive results in drug, murder, criminal sexual conduct, and DUI/OWI cases. He has successfully argued cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and has appeared as a commentator on Court TV's Best Defense for analysis of a murder case. Recently he was a guest on the Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson. He has served as an adjunct professor at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and as a mentor for the Ingham County Bar Association's Mentoring Program. Scott was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He attend the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with honors. Following his graduation in 1994, he accepted a position with the Michigan Court of Appeals Prehearing Department. After that he practiced as a staff attorney for a national law firm where he was promoted to Regional Director of Attorneys for four states. During his work with the national firm, he found he passion for criminal defense law. In 1999 he resigned in order to start his own firm, Grabel & Associates, with a sole focus on criminal defense. "I consulted with this firm and was assigned Nader Nassif . He was quick , communicative, knowledgeable and very responsive. He had a plan after our first few conversations and in less than 3 months , he got my out of state case dismissed, with most of the case being settled via zoom ! Incredible work. Highly recommend."

"Megan is phenomenal! I had several DUIs and the first interview for restrictions were granted... AMAZING! As a client you need to put in the work and be honest with your sobriety and yourself, and she will do everything in her power to help you achieve your goals. My past made me question my current position and how people saw me regardless of what I said and have accomplished, but Megan listened and saw all I achieved but I put a horrible stigma on myself. One year passes for full license reinstatement, she does her job! If you are committed and honest, she will make sure u can be independent and remove those stigmas. I thank you graciously Megan!"

If your reading these reviews trying to find the best Attorney to get your life back together because you have already pulled yourself out of bottoms basement, trust me, I didn't think I was ever going to have my license back. You are not your mistakes and this man is brilliant! To say my case is difficult is an understatement. Iam no longer left feeling discouraged and judged for my past.
