"If sharing my experience prevents even one person from making the same mistake I did in hiring this firm, then the $8,014.55 I paid in legal fees won’t be entirely in vain. I initially spoke with Tyler, who seemed professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my case was assigned to Sherry Lankford, which, in my opinion, made an already painful divorce even more stressful. From my perspective, a crucial task we discussed was not completed, communication was poor, and I had to follow up often just to receive basic updates. When I expressed concerns about her lack of follow through, she abruptly withdrew from my case. In my view, this left me in a worse legal and financial position than when I first sought legal guidance. In my opinion, her actions were unprofessional and damaging at a time when I needed support the most. I’ve since spoken with other attorneys who expressed surprise at how my case was handled. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for legal divorce help."
