"If you're reading this review, you're probably not in the best situation to begin with. That's exactly where I was 6 months ago, looking for representation for the types of legal issues that I had assumed I would never encounter, let alone be a defendant for. I spoke to several attorneys before Tim, and as soon as we talked I knew he was the right guy for the job. He didn't try to win me over by assuring me that everything would work out, or by promising a perfect outcome. What he did do was give his honest assessment on a serious situation, and list several specific ways we could try to approach it. In my case, it did end up working out (the key phrase here is "end up"; depending on the kind of hot water you're in, be prepared for a process that can take many months). It wasn't easy, but Tim, Rebecca, and the rest of the team walked next to me every step of the way. Despite clearly being a busy office, they always responded to communication promptly with such a rare mix of compassion and honesty that I no longer felt alone during one of the scariest experiences of my life. Now that I'm back on my feet, I can honestly say that even if things had worked out differently I would have been left with the assurance that the Law Office of Timothy Prendergast had fought for me as hard as anyone possibly could. Easiest 5 stars of my life."

"Absolutely Unethical and Unresponsive. Avoid at All Costs!!! I hired Andrew (Tim Pendergast office) over a year ago to handle a straightforward divorce case. I paid a retainer and filing fee upfront and for over a year, nothing was done. No filings, no communication, and no progress on my case whatsoever. After multiple attempts to get answers, I finally demanded accountability and filed a complaint with the PA BAR. Eventually, they claimed to send me a refund for the court filing, but the check they issued was bogus and it bounced. To date, I am still out hundreds of dollars, and I've had to start over with a new attorney. In my experience, this was the most unprofessional and unethical legal representation in the Lehigh Valley. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere."
