"We hired Mr. Gilberto B Vega on 10/14/2025 even thought he was a rude arrogant and disrespectful asking for the whole sum upfront. He told us if we don't pay it all upfront just get the hell out of my office. There was a student Indian female in his office with us seeing everything and how rude and disrespectful he treated us, We needed an attorney since my sons hearing was 6 days later and that was the worst decision we did. We paid the 3000$ deposit and hire him that date with him having to go to our son hearing 6 days later on 10/20/2025 .He never appeared even thought I texted him the Friday before the court and tell him that we will see him in court. Instead, he did not appear but send another attorney without even letting us know. My son seeing this, tell that substitute attorney he is not happy with this and tell them to tell Mr. Gilbert B Vega is fired, and he will remain with his current public attorney. Then I have to contact him numerous times to ask for our refund, since he didn't do anything for our son since we hire him. He will say that he needs to talk with our son to confirm, if that is true and that we lie about it.I said yes,go ahead and do this. He never did. On October 25th. 2025 between 9pm -9:30pm,our son David called Mr. Vega on his cell phone to confirm he don't want him to represent him and Mr. Vega start cussing and saying bad words to him. This phone call could be requested from the jail to confirm his rude bad language with our son. Mr.Vega went to jail 2 weeks later and make my son sigh the papers that he don't want him to represent him anymore and he also said that he is willing to refund a 1000$ dollars to us and if we willing to accept them or if we don't ,he said that he we block me.We want all of our deposit of 3000$ back since he didn't do anything for our sons case, just lies and lies, not appearing in his hearing his rude and disrespectful behavior. Gilberto Benito Vega should not be let practicing and we also filling a claim with Superior Couth of Sacramento against him.I wish there is a zero 0000 star I was able to use to revue, that would be the most accurate of Mr.Gilberto Benito Vega!!!!!"
