"I received a traffic violation 6/5 and received a letter from Spence Law Office. I called and sent a text message (as advised on their message) 6/24, no response back. Sent another text 7/2 asking if they not would be able represent could they refer another lawyer...no response. Text again 7/16, their response was I'm in Scotland can I call you 7/18. I responded yes what time...no response and then no call on 7/18...I even sent a text in the afternoon of 7/18 stating...following up. No response. I sent a text the morning of 7/21 asking if they would be free after 12:00, no response I called at 12:10 left a message...no response. VERY DISAPPOINTING when this office sends a letter offering to help represent and doesn't respond to multiple interactions."

"I received an unsolicited letter from this law firm. They blindly send out solicitations to anyone that has a traffic violation, even if they don’t live at the address of the traffic violation. I explained to them that the person they solicited doesn’t live here they didn’t apologize and just said they solicited traffic violations. I’ve been through a horrific past five weeks and I didn’t need their unsolicited attempt to contact someone that doesn’t live at the address they claimed to live They offered no apologies. All they want is money, their money, hungry attorneys and they’re no good."
