I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals, parents and families from diverse backgrounds. I look forward to getting to know you and what brought you here. Perhaps you are overwhelmed by emotions and thoughts, or stuck in destructive behaviour patterns. You may feel lost, unmotivated and alone, struggling to find meaning in life or be entangled in demanding, even abusive relationships. Perhaps new changes are stressing you out.
