As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals and couples affected by trauma, addiction, personal and family relationship issues, loss, struggles with past experiences, career concerns and the larger questions of meaning and purpose. I also have an active practice working with first responders. I combine a psychodynamic therapeutic approach together with practical wisdom and tools, and insights gained from decades of working in professional, human resources and C-suite settings. It's there that I learned how gratifying it is to work with people with diverse life experiences and unique goals.
