I am a trauma specialist committed to helping you survive and thrive after crisis, trauma or in times of stress. I am passionate about serving the first responder, military, veteran, medical & LGBTQ+ communities. I will provide support when you are struggling, push you when you need it & help you use your strengths to find your own unique solutions to move forward in your life. I combine real-world experience & clinical training in managing crisis, stress & trauma symptoms. My work focuses on building strength & resiliency through a variety of practical techniques, along with EMDR therapy.
