I have been a psychotherapist for individuals, groups, couples, and families for roughly 15 years. I use the skills that I obtained through my experiences as a psychotherapist coupled with my spirituality to provide spiritual life coaching to people who have experienced psychological abuse, with a particular focus on narcissism and betrayal trauma.
