Peace is one of those terms that can have different meanings for different people. People often think peace is the absence of war and struggle. I have learned over time that two things can be true. Peace and harmony can exist with pain, sadness and even worry. Through my own self journey I have witnessed and experienced different ways of healing " Healing is not Linear." My goal is to walk with you on your journey because I believe you are the author of your life. I will meet you where you are but most importantly empower you with the tools to trust yourself. I work with teens, adults, and couples.
