I primarily work with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and have worked with trans, nonbinary, and gender-questioning adolescents, adults, and their families for the last 12 years around identity exploration, gender affirming care, and treating trauma related to gender and sexuality. I'm trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provide individual and group DBT treatment. I lead an LGBTQIA2S+ DBT adult group through NW DBT and currently have openings for clients in WA and CT. I also specialize in treating OCD and related anxiety issues. I'm trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD/anxiety.
