Exploring your own life and story can be overwhelming, and I am grateful you are here. I work primarily with adults struggling with complex trauma, breaking generational cycles, and relationship issues such as divorce, domestic violence, family of origin issues, and estrangement. These issues may be causing you to feel overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, and shame with little understanding of how you got here. Our work together will be in a compassionate, anti-oppression centered space in the hopes to lead to more self connection and self compassion.
