Hello and welcome. I'm here to support you as you overcome your current challenges and recover from the painful wounds you carry and/or trauma you may have endured. You don't have to do it alone. You can explore: stress, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, overwhelm, self-esteem, etc. I work with adults healing the wounds of childhood: emotional, psychological, physical and sexual abuse, indifference, neglect, and other traumas. The healing process is a transformative one, involving an honest and open exploration of your thoughts and emotions; if you are ready to do this, we are likely a good therapeutic fit.
