I am passionate about working with clients who are looking to understand themselves better and wanting to understand how trauma, pain and certain narratives have impacted their sense of self, identity, authenticity, sexuality, pleasure, etc. My goal is to empower my clients through guided self-exploration, psychoeducation and support as I help them face the pain that may be interfering with who they are at their core and how they want to show up in their daily lives.
