I am a compassionate, gentle and down-to-earth kind of counsellor. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced trauma and/or who struggle with complex PTSD. My work with my clients focuses on healing the beliefs that we have learned about ourselves or the world through traumatic events, abusive relationships or unhealthy upbringings. I am alone, I'm not good enough or my emotions are unsafe are just a few core beliefs that can have a vast and impactful effect on how we feel about ourselves and interact in relationships or in general.
