I enjoy helping people recover from the effects of trauma in their lives in order to feel safe in the world, and attached to themselves and their loved ones. My specialty is in Lifespan Integration, an effective tool used for trauma reprocessing and attachment repair. I work with survivors of childhood trauma, PTSD, and people navigating infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum transitions.
