My focus is on helping survivors of traumatic events, relationships and social systems to heal and address the impact that these experiences have had on their adult lives. Maybe you've noticed symptoms like intrusive thoughts, sleep problems, feeling on guard, not being able to remember things you feel you should or having very negative beliefs about yourself and the world. You may have dealt with the symptoms for so long that they seem like a part of you- unhelpful patterns, depression, anxiety, problems with substances, difficulty making desired life changes in your career, relationships or parenting. Things can be different!
