Welcome to Seashore Counselling Services. Reaching out for help is a courageous step and an indication of your desire to heal and transform your life. I work in person or virtually with adults, individuals and couples and my main areas of practice are: loss and grief; couples counselling; anger/stress management; anxiety/depression; shame, self-esteem/worth; people recovering from addictions and abuse issues. My office is located in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. Talking with a Psychologist can provide a safe place to see your life with new eyes. I look forward to working with you.
