Hi! I'm Sawah (they/them). If you are working towards eating disorder recovery, body image and body acceptance, and redefining your relationships with food, I can help. I also enjoy working with folks who are part of the ethical non-monogamy and kink communities, and those with experience in sex work. Throughout my practice, I celebrate and support Autism and ADHD. I also have expertise in Psychological and Emotional Abuse recovery. I draw from a variety of approaches that include feminist theory, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and more.
