I have experience working with individuals on a variety of issues, including anxiety, trauma (PTSD), depression,‬ ‭ postpartum & parenting issues, life adjustments, relationship challenges, and survivors of Narcissistic abuse, among others. I view therapy as a collaborative process, helping‬ ‭ clients to recognize strengths, identify needs, break unhealthy patterns and make informed choices that are congruent with their values.
