I provide therapy for indivduals who struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger mangement, relationship problems, low self esteem, trauma, childhood physical or sexual abuse histories, grief and loss, body image, eating disorders or life transitions. My approach as a psychotherapist is to provide a safe and empathic space for each client to be able to explore whatever struggles may be preventing them from living a life of authenticity, meaningfulness, and joy.
