Rene provides online therapy for childhood trauma, specializing in childhood emotional neglect (CEN), abandonment, and abuse. He’s experienced working with people from diverse backgrounds, and specializes in helping Latinx and LGBTQIA+ people currently struggling as a result of trauma growing up. Common issues affecting his clients are shame and guilt, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and complex PTSD. He uses an eclectic approach, and he pulls from Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and other modalities that he deems best to meet his clients needs.
