As a licensed clinical social worker, I have been in the field of mental health with a focus on complex trauma and substance use since 2013. When partnering with someone in therapy, my focus is relearning to care for our wounded parts with love and empathy. My clinical experience is broad; most recently my work has been with intergenerational trauma, managing emotional flooding, attachment, and creating a culturally compassionate space for Native folks.
