Many issues can effect each and every one of us at any point in our lives. Parent/teen conflict, abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, family issues, and self-esteem are some of the concerns we may face. Dealing with these problems in the light of life's responsibilities can become that much more challenging. Problems have a way of making us forget about our strengths, survival skills, knowledge, and abilities. In my approach, I work collaboratively with individuals/couples/families to investigate the influence of the problem(s), decrease it's effects, and open up possibilities of lasting change.
