Hi, I'm Rahel. I'm a pre-licensed Counsellor providing temporarily reduced-cost counselling while I await registration through the BCACC. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and that when there is safety and collaboration within the counselling space, you can begin to move towards the growth and transformation you seek. I am passionate about supporting clients with PTSD, complex-PTSD, intergenerational and religious trauma, self-criticism and self-esteem issues, relational and sex-related issues, disordered eating, attachment wounds, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, oppression, and chronic pain.​
