I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns; including histories of trauma, depression, stress/burnout and anxiety. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, both the experience of single traumatic event and histories of childhood abuse or complex trauma. This may present as concerns with nightmares, distressing memories, persistent low mood, persistent anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, feeling numb, feelings of worthlessness, guilt or shame, struggling with a harsh inner critic, and/or difficulty in relationships, among other symptoms.
