When life feels harder than it should, there's always a reason. Unsettling events, whether past or present, can make daily life difficult. If you feel like you're doing more surviving than thriving, I'm here to help. I work from a trauma model, which looks at the impact of events on the way we think, feel, and act in the present. Abuse, lack of nurture, or catastrophic events can significantly impact normal functioning. Life gets better, and I work hard everyday to move people toward hope and healing.
