I have worked for a police department as a domestic violence counselor, in patient for poly addiction and eating disorders and have been in private practice for over 25 years. I also do corporate work on-site, criticial incident debriefings, trainings and wellness programs. I work with individuals, couples and families, to help them learn insights, skills and techniques for a better quality life. I am trained in EMDR and use it in session as a valueable tool to get through roadblocks. I also use a multi comprehensive approach to therapy, to suit the client needs. I am a very interactive therapist and give homework!
