I work with children, youth and adults who have experienced trauma. I use both EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in my work. Both of these therapies allow the client a way to process their trauma memories so that they keep the memory but not the emotional baggage. This can be especially helpful for first responders, military personnel and people who have experienced sexual assault and/or domestic violence. I use these therapies because I don't think people should have to carry this kind of pain for decades. In addition to EMDR and ART I am certified by the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
