My practice focuses on working with survivors of trauma, people experiencing a crisis of meaning or purpose, and people working through religious/spiritual questioning, including religious trauma. I use EMDR (which is a comprehensive approach not merely a technique) to treat trauma. In working with issues of meaning and purpose, I use mindfulness and focusing-oriented strategies. With spiritual or religious issues I take a non-sectarian approach, which means I engage with you in whatever terms make sense to you.
