I provide individual therapy for preteens, teens, and young adults, and I am passionate about working with survivors of abuse and trauma and LGBTQIA+ youth. I believe a collaborative, therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a strong catalyst for progress and healing in therapy. I value meeting a client where they are at, following their pace, and focusing on their strengths while supporting them in identifying solutions. I provide an empathetic and compassionate atmosphere for clients with a judgment-free and supportive approach.
