Relationships end for a variety of reasons, but when emotional abuse, narcissism, or gaslighting are involved, the healing process can be especially confusing and painful. I support individuals healing from narcissistic abuse and codependency using CBT and DBT, and guide couples to deeper connection using the Gottman Method. My passion is helping you not only make sense of what happened, but also learn to trust yourself again, find closure, and grow stronger from your experiences.
