3 day time openings available, call me for a consult. I practice person-centered psychotherapy and healthy relationship counseling with adults (18+). Offering a shame-free space, I engage issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and PTSD, to challenges surrounding neurodivergent needs, GLBTQ+ empowerment, divorce, abuse, and personal boundaries. My clinical philosophy revolves around responding to a client's unique needs and goals with an individualized treatment plan. My overriding objective is to truly meet people where they are at and to walk with them at their own pace. I am currently only offering Telehealth sessions.
