My name is Nelsy Villalobos. I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience providing clinical social work services. I specialize in supporting clients who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. By combining Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT) with a variety of other approaches, I work with individuals to create lasting change.
