I have been working with individuals and couples since 1978. I love what I do and I believe my clients know it. I also believe they feel the respect I have for them. I know it takes courage to ask for help, especially when feeling vulnerable. All of us, at some point, experience painful life circumstances or relationship difficulties--usually accompanied by symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. At times we know our lives are not what they could be, but in spite of all our best efforts we may feel stuck.
