Figuring out how to put your life back together after trauma is hard work, and even messy at times. If you're feeling like you're having trouble managing PTSD symptoms, transitioning out of a tough relationship or just need help navigating life - therapy can help. Specializing in trauma therapy, I have a lot of experience with working with survivors of traumatic incidences and I have a special passion for perinatal (pre and postpartum) therapy especially working with those transitioning into parenthood for the first time.
