My approach is the epitome of “come as you are”. As a neurodivergent & queer person myself, I have a very real understanding of the types of challenges that people can face if they are even one ounce of “different”. I am here to listen as you navigate obstacles in your life, and can help you brainstorm solutions that work for you, whenever you’re up for it! If you’re not ready for that yet, I’m happy to support you in whatever works for you whether that is meditation, mindfulness, screaming profanities whatever it is, I’m here for it! I’m very real-life, and so are you, so you deserve nothing less than absolute realness from me.
