Clients with relationship issues, social anxiety, depression, low self esteem and substance use issues tend to have an underlying trauma they have yet to process. In my sessions, I use trauma informed interventions like EMDR, CBT, AEDP, family systems and provide tools clients can do to uncover their trauma and enhance therapeutic results. I also teach relaxation and coping skills during sessions.
