About

I have helped many teens and adults overcome the challenges of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Throughout my career I have worked with victims of trauma, particularly victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and neglect. I have also worked with people from many areas of the LGBTQ2+ community. In addition to these interests, I have taken advanced training/supervision for working with people who have body image and eating disorder challenges. Most recently I have been advancing my skills in communication and relationship therapies.
