About
My style is very direct and solution focused. I believe it's important to get to the root of the problem and work towards a solution. I believe that you are the expert on you and I am here to help and guide through the learning and healing process. I have had experience working in a variety of settings including: substance abuse rehabilitation centers, domestic abuse shelters, community mental health clinics, and private practice.
