For the past 24 years, I have journeyed with individuals, couples and families through conflict and trauma. Many of our current problematic behaviors, thoughts, and worldviews have their root in past relationships or experiences that were emotionally or psychologically damaging. In our work together, I'll help you to explore and overcome some of these emotional and psychological blocks. My passion is to hold each person's complexities, identify contributing factors, and provide the best treatment to help them accomplish their goals.
