I love to work with motivated, hard-working people who who feel like anxiety is taking up too much space in their lives and/or who are experiencing difficult life circumstances (like work or life stress, big transitions, or potentially traumatic events such as sexual assault). Not everyone that I work with is experiencing a diagnosable mental illness, but diagnostic categories relevant to my client population include Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorder and Depression. Burnout is not a diagnosis in the DMS-V but will also be considered.
