Life does not happen in a linear fashion but rather we cycle through different experiences that change how we see ourselves, others, and the world. I work with clients who are struggling to overcome trauma or abuse, whether from specific events or more subtle every day micro-aggressions. I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed or lost in their many life roles or experiencing distress relating to their cultural identity.
